Our goal with this renovation was to maximize the potential of the areas of work and reset this family home for its next chapter. The second-floor family room now feels larger and lighter with a new expansive custom built-in sofa with integral drawer storage and shelves. Whether it’s time to curl up with a good book, turn on the discreet projector tv to watch a classic film or gather around the coffee table to play a board game or assemble a puzzle, our design for this room is flexible to accommodate a variety of uses. We also refinished and repaired the central stair and made strategic improvements at the kitchen to enhance the beauty and function for years to come.
